KW Publishers Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. We aim to handle digital personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including applicable provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and related rules as they come into force.
2. Data we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, organisation, account identifiers, saved Indian delivery and billing addresses, communication choices, enquiries, order contents, subscription plans, payment status and provider references, refunds, invoices, and order history.
We also receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, referring pages, security events, and essential cookie or local-storage identifiers used to keep the site secure and remember permitted preferences. Razorpay receives the payment details you enter into its checkout; we receive payment status and transaction references rather than your complete card, bank, or UPI credentials.

Where you choose email or WhatsApp marketing, we use the selected channel to send publication and publisher updates. You can withdraw that choice from account settings or by contacting us without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. When data is shared
We share only what is reasonably needed with service providers supporting hosting, database and authentication, payment processing, email or communications, document generation, analytics or security, professional advice, and courier or delivery services.
